Cleanliness & staff politeness

Great location, basically in walking distance from the main attractions. Metro and bus station 2 minutes walk in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants all around. The room is very clean with all the comforts you need. Coffeemachine and kettle in the room with capsules, tea bags, sugar and a bottle of water. All of these refilled daily. There is also a well equiped shared kitchen. The room operates with self check-in.The receptionist girl was very nice and flexible regarding our requests. It's a lovely stay, we definitely will return.

It was super clean and comfortable. I had a really tiring day and the tea coffee collection made me so happy. I made myself tea and slept. The bathroom was also clean and had everything.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is close to the A line, 20 minutes walk to Termini and to the Colloseum. Communication with the host was very friendly, easy and efficient. Thank you

Everything was great! We could easily check in around midnight. They allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight was late. The communication was great. The place is really close to Colosseum. We would totally come back!

The location is great, extremely easy self check-in process and responsive and kind hosts. The room itself was spotless, very clean and had modern elements which I really appreciated. The air conditioning was great and overall the room was spacious and well equipped.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We had two double rooms in the second floor 104 and 105. The rooms were very clean with a lot of space and aircondition.. Very clean bathroom with cabin shower. We had everyday cleaning and they changed towels after 2 days..Wifi connection was very good . There is a common kitchen with microwave and a fridge.. The location is perfect with Manzoni metro station just 50m away. Also there are 2 bus stations very close. A lot of mini markets bakerys and restaurants in the area. Colosseum is just 10 minutes walk. We had a very pleasant stay
