It was super clean and comfortable. I had a really tiring day and the tea coffee collection made me so happy. I made myself tea and slept. The bathroom was also clean and had everything.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We had two double rooms in the second floor 104 and 105. The rooms were very clean with a lot of space and aircondition.. Very clean bathroom with cabin shower. We had everyday cleaning and they changed towels after 2 days..Wifi connection was very good . There is a common kitchen with microwave and a fridge.. The location is perfect with Manzoni metro station just 50m away. Also there are 2 bus stations very close. A lot of mini markets bakerys and restaurants in the area. Colosseum is just 10 minutes walk. We had a very pleasant stay

Very clean and modern. Bed super comfy. Loved that there was a kettle and tea and coffee. Also a kitchen to use, everything super clean. Check in lady was very kind and helpful and helped me store my luggage the next day. Nice extra details like hair dryer and toiletries. Beautiful brand new furnishings. The terrace was very nice. And very quiet at night as it over looks an internal patio. About 15 mins walk to Termini and 10 mins to colesseum. Will definitely book next time I’m in Rome thank you!

Perfect stay, friendly and helpful host, all the check-in/check-out went smoothly, very good quality / price ratio. The room was clean, all equipment new and in good condition, comfy bed. They let me store my luggage till afternoon in the kitchen for free, which is a great option as this place is near the railway station, and it takes only extra 10 mins to go back and take it before your trip to the airport. All the rooms are on the backyard side - thanks to that rooms are super quiet, there's no traffic noise. You can hear only birds singing when you open the window :) Also I didnt hear noise from other rooms - so I really recommend it to those who like quiet stay :)

Absolutely loved my stay ! The team were fantastic, always ready to help. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I adored the balcony. Having tea and coffee in the room was a lovely touch. Plus, you can't beat the perfect location very near the Colosseum . I will definitely stay here again!
